The ladies at Chapel Hill took a road trip to New Orleans to see the Monet Exhibit and have lunch at Antoine’s in the French Quarter. This was by far a very memorable day from start to finish. Bobbye presented this idea and many plans were made prior to Monday, May 20, 2024. Marianne lined up our Limo ride, Claudia found the best lunch deal at Antoine’s. Marianne reserved the private Family Room for our lunch. Joan reserved the tickets with Bobbye’s help on keeping up the RSVP list! Sue and Marianne made sure we had mimosas for the ride into the city. The exhibit was amazing and even though we got lost a view times from room to room we all managed to end the tour via the gift shop! The immersion room and 3D experience was wonderful. Of course when we landed back on the Hill Beverly was waiting outside cracking her whip and invited us to her home for Chocolate Martini’s.
