Chapel Hill community gathered on Sunday, May 18 to savor spicey and juicy crawfish. Our Crawfish master was Don Hebert; a good friend of Monique & Danny’s. Brent and Dave assisted throughout the boil. We managed to eat over 150#s of crawfish along with a delicious chicken and sausage jambalaya made by Lance. The social committee lead by Lynn handled all the details from set-up to breakdown. An ice cream bar concluded the feast with Blue Bell and all the toppings. The tone was set with an amazing one-man band from Hattiesburg; Charles “CC” Carter who played a multitude of instruments and sang. Dancing and laughter were spread throughout the common area of Chapel Hill. We also welcomed our newest neighbor, Brandon #27.

A big thanks for all the pictures. Thanks to Monique and Danny also, the crawfish were perfect. I saw our entertainer, Charles Carter and Wife Carolyn last night. They came to my table and told me how much they enjoyed playing for us and said they had told all their friends how beautiful our neighborhood was and what a perfect place we had in the common area for all of us to enjoy.
