Chapel Hill is a single-family residential community located on nine beautiful acres of ancient oak trees. The community consists of full-time and part-time residents. Chapel Hill is located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 90 and Beach Road. The development includes a private white sandy beach with gazebo. Nestled in the common area of the development is another gazebo and a beautiful chapel.
